Founded in 2011 by Managing Partner Matt Taylor, Rockpool Investments was set up to provide high-net-worth and sophisticated investors direct access to private company investment opportunities. With over 30 years of experience in investing in private companies, Matt established Rockpool to provide investors with a more transparent and flexible way to build a diversified portfolio of PE investments.

Our experienced Investment Team carefully selects high-quality opportunities, working closely with management teams to drive growth during the investment period. Investors can choose to invest in equity, debt, or a combination of both, building diversified portfolios over time and suiting their individual investment goals. Investments can be made personally, through a company, SIPP, or IFISA, and there are no fees for investors to pay.

Unlike traditional private equity funds, Rockpool allows investors to decide on a deal-by-deal basis, ensuring you maintain control over where funds are deployed. While you make the final decision, our team does the hard work behind the scenes, giving you access to a range of private company investment opportunities with the reassurance of thorough due diligence.
